Lux Loos provides luxury restroom trailer rentals for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and job sites in Arizona and California. Information on our website, including descriptions, availability, and pricing, is provided for general information and may change. A rental is confirmed only when we have provided a written quote or rental agreement and you have accepted it.

Rental Agreements

Each rental is subject to the specific terms of its written quote or rental agreement, including dates, delivery location, site requirements, payment, deposits, cancellation, and damage responsibilities. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the rental agreement controls for that rental.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description: LUX LOOS LLC sends promotional and marketing text messages, such as special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements, to users who explicitly opt in.

How to opt in: Visit https://luxloos.com, open the chat widget, provide your mobile number, and select the separate, optional marketing consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing messages will be sent.

• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
